Two aligned towers that rise together at their base; located in C/ Charcas, Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. They have a total of 35 floor slabs, a building surface area of 7334 m2 and 17 floors. They have been designed using a waffle-type slab with a porexpan lost foam casting.
