Project located on the Isuto canal with the 3rd ring road in Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia. It is a single building with inclined columns, consisting of 13 floors, with a floor area of 563 m2 and a total surface area of 3578 m2 with waffle slabs with porexpan lost foam casting with a 30 cm edge.
